At softBrane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for our different products and services.
1. Subscription Services (SaaS Products)
This section applies to recurring subscription services including the AI Personal Graphic Designer, CRM, HRM, ERP, EIP, and other subscription-based products.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual plans, a pro-rata refund may be issued for unused months if cancellation is requested within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future renewal.
2. Project-Based Services
This section applies to one-time services including website development, software development, automation setup, and custom digital products.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or payment made.
Work In Progress
If you cancel a project after work has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed. You will be charged for the hours or milestones completed up to the point of cancellation.
Completed Projects
Once a project has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. We offer a revision period (as specified in the project agreement) to ensure your satisfaction before final approval.
3. SEO, GEO & Marketing Services
Monthly marketing services (SEO, GEO, social media management) may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for services already rendered in the current month. Any pre-paid months will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at billing@softbrane.com with your account details and reason for the refund request
- Include your order/subscription ID and the email address associated with your account
- Allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
5. Refund Processing
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Abuse or misuse of our Services
- Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback required for project completion
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any concerns promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and, if significant, we will notify affected customers by email.
