Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create using our Services. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and improve our Services.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (e.g., AI Designer) is yours to use commercially, subject to the terms of your plan. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content created through your use of our tools.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
